Macmillan Coffee Morning at Phoenix FM hailed a success!

Brentwood Lib Dems send their congratulations and thanks to Phoenix FM for hosting a coffee morning and raising £311.65 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Lib Dem councillor Karen Chilvers and activist & Phoenix FM regular Nigel Clarke came along to the event for coffee and cake.
Karen said:
"Most people have been affected by cancer in their lives and it can have a profound effect on the sufferer and those who are giving the support. Macmillan Cancer Support can make an enormous difference when you are trying to cope with such a difficult situation.
"We are all proud to support the coffee morning and, if you missed it but would still like to make a contribution you can donate by texting COFFEE to 70123 and donate £3."
