Stop the flats at Park Road

To: Chief Planning Officer, Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, CM15 8AY

We, the undersigned, object to the 3 storey, 12 apartment block planning application at 89-93 Park Road for the following reasons:

  • the development is too close to existing properties
  • it will result in a loss of green space vitally needed for this area
  • we consider that this is over-development
  • the private amenity space of those residents in the vicinity would be invaded
