Brentwood Liberal Democrats are celebrating after the convincing win by Group Leader David Kendall in Pilgrims Hatch and welcoming a new councillor in Brentwood North, Ross Carter.

Cllr Carter said: "I am delighted to have been elected to represent Brentwood North and win a seat from the Conservatives. As a councillor, I will speak up for residents on any issue of concern and campaign on the issues that are clearly important to them such as William Hunter Way, over-development and speeding."

Cllr Kendall said: "It is great to welcome Ross Carter to the team. Brentwood Liberal Democrats will continue to fight for the residents of Brentwood".
